Biden: Border agents 'will pay' for menacing Haitian migrants

Sep.24 -- President Joe Biden called scenes of Border Patrol agents allegedly menacing Haitian immigrants trying to cross the Texas border “horrible” and vowed those responsible “will pay” amid growing criticism from his own party. An internal investigation is under way and the agents could face disciplinary action.
