Biden calls European Allies ahead of Trip This Week

President Joe Biden held a call with European allies Monday ahead of this trip to Europe this week for urgent talks with NATO. Speaking at a White House briefing, press secretary Jen Psaki said the leaders "discussed their serious concerns about Russia's brutal tactics on Ukraine, including its attacks on civilians." Biden will meet with most of those on the call when he heads to Europe this week. The President will first travel to Brussels then to Poland to meet with leaders there.
