Biden says higher-ethanol gas could lower prices

President Joe Biden signed a waiver to expand sales of higher-ethanol gasoline this summer in an effort to lower fuel prices. He says the move could lower gas prices by as much as 10 cents per gallon. Biden made the announcement Tuesday in Iowa.
