Jackson and Sen. Graham Dispute Child Porn Cases

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham accused Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson of being lenient in sentencing defendants in child pornography cases. Graham said supervising a convict's computer usage is not enough, he says they should go to prison. Jackson, who was nominated by President Joe Biden, says supervision is just one tool a judge can use. This was part of their exchange before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.
